Board of Directors

Points reliés - Effervescence

The Board of Directors is made up of a maximum of six (6) representatives of member Cités des métiers of the International Network, of which the President, the General Secretary and the Treasurer of the Cités des métiers International Network.

Main duties :

  • Approve the investment strategy,
  • The budget and the annual activity report,
  • The selected projects by the Allocation Committee.

Allocation Committee

The Allocation Committee includes three (3) colleges: member Cités des métiers of the International Network, partners of the Cités des métiers and major donors.

Main duties :

  • select project proposals,
  • evaluate the approved projects,
  • formulate propositions regarding the investment strategy and the evaluation process.

The Network makes available resources for an efficient operating of Effervescence, that is to say :

  • An experimented team with a thorough expertise in communication/event, European project management as well as an experience in the implementation of evaluation tools;
  • Support services for the administrative, financial and technical management;
  • An online collaborative platform;
  • Areas of information (eg. website, newsletter, premises of the Cités des metiers);
  • Offices in Marseille.
